Adidas Ultra Boost Trainer – for me this was my 2015 favorite. The patented Adidas boost technology delivers in spades!

The Apple Watch is by far the best Activity Tracker I have found on the market. It documents steps taken, calories burnt, heart rate (no waistband required), workouts, and connects to your favourite aps such as MyFitnessPal. The Apple Watch is super intuitive to navigate, and effectively does all the thinking for me, operating unobtrusively in the background so that I just consume the fruits of its data.
5) SKIPPING ROPE…
A boxer’s favourite cardio equipment and for good reason – 20 minutes of intense skipping can burn 4-500 calories, improves footwork, speed, coordination, stamina, agility, and it strengthens the muscles in your legs + abdominal, back, chest, arms and shoulders muscles. Light as a feather, put it in your bag and take it with you anywhere!
6) FOR THE YOGI…
Any regular yoga-goer will know the beauty of having your own mat. Sharing a yoga mat which gets used hundreds of times each week by sweaty feet is a little on the unhygienic side. There are a million different mats out there. I’ve fallen in love with mine – aside from an array of different colorful patterns to choose from, these microfibre-topped mats can be thrown in the washing machine to keep them fresher for longer!
7) POWER BEAT(S) OF THE DRUM…
A good playlist can be transformative for any workout and really push you through those last reps! Beats headphones deliver great sound, are wireless, water resistant, have 6 hour rechargeable battery, and super lightweight. Oh did I mention you can take hands-free calls and adjust music!? Great sound and they just d0n’t get in the way!
8) FOR THE HEALTHY CHEF…
A good blender is essential for anyone who’s serious about their cooking. Whip up perfectly textured healthy sauces, soups, smoothies and much more. Whilst there are so many on the market with varied price ranges, I have personally fallen in love with my Vitamix and use it almost daily – you can even make healthy pure-fruit sorbets!
9) PASSES FOR CLASSES (yoga, X fit, boxing)
